Hitzel A La Carte is a two minute segment that appears
four times each weekend on NBC channel 40. It features the best of chefs and
food and beverage operations in southern New Jersey. Ed Hitzel is the
affable, chummy, hungry host.
The segment also features Natalie Baileys culinary tips,
John Mahoney on wine,
Gary Monterosso's beer tips,
Michael Powell bar tips, Janice Gallagher's restaurant reviews and Hospitality Highlights by The
Belladonnas, Donna Vassallo and Donna Albano.
The segments are taped on most Wednesdays at various
